Stress Support Group for Carlisle Flood Victims

Feel Good About Yourself Day
Esk Consulting organised a day for staff within a section of Carlisle Council. 70 staff attended the racecourse and experienced morning seminars on stress awareness. In the afternoon staff had the opportunity to sample various therapies to enable them to manage their work/life balance more effectively.

Successful launch of the HSE Management Standards for Stress Workshop to local businesses at Pirelli, 9th Nov
Esk Consulting presented the annual Cumbria workshop for National Stress Awareness Day. More than 20 attendees from major local employers attended. Marion described the HSE's new management standards for workplace stress and facilitated the audience in open discussion about the impact of the standards. We would like to thank Pirelli Ltd not only for providing the venue and refreshments but also for all their support on the important topic of stress awareness.Nov 04
