Bespoke courses and workshops can be designed to suit the needs of most groups. Our clients include major local employers; SMEs; health workers and managers within NHS Trusts; social care staff groups in private, statutory and voluntary sectors; student and staff groups in further and higher education. As well as training sessions on specific personal development areas, for example, assertiveness, we can offer sessions to team-build staff who are experiencing conflict or a lack of motivation within the workplace or to develop and support managers during transition and change. We also offer workshops and fringe events at conferences or annual group meetings.
Some of our more recent contracts have involved supporting teams over a period of months during major structural, organisational changes by combining training courses with staff and team coaching during the transition.
An increasing number of organisations are inviting us to facilitate their in-house team and group development activities. The use of an external facilitator improves the team's ability to reflect on objectives and targets in a broader, more effective way.

Each training session is individually designed to optimise the benefits of the training investment following discussion with the commissioning manager. This ensures that the design fits in with the type of work and the staffing requirements of the organisation. Courses can be offered in half or full day formats to suit the needs of your business.
The training sessions are generally experiential in their approach. Within a negotiated safe and confidential forum the participants are encouraged to explore their strengths and weaknesses and to experience some alternative approaches to areas of their personal development and work experience.
Attendance can be certificated if this is required as proof of continued professional development. The manager who commissions the training is given general feedback on the participants' views and experiences.
Training costs depend on the number of attendees and the level of their responsibilities within the organisation. Discounted rates can be arranged for voluntary sector and small establishments.
